Dominique Casacop
Dominique Casacop is a passionate and versatile violinist who brings elegance and emotion to every performance. Her musical journey began at a young age and flourished during her time as a member of The Lasallian Youth Orchestra. Since then, she has graced the stages of some of the country’s most prestigious venues, including Dusit Thani, Hotel Okura, Solaire, and Morton’s Steakhouse Philippines, where she performs regularly. Beyond her musical talent, Dominique is also an accomplished academic and professional. She is an alumna of Santa Rosa Science and Technology High School and was a consistent recipient of scholarships under Iskolar ng Laguna and CHED. She earned a full scholarship at De La Salle University, where she graduated with honorable mention in B.S. Information Systems and was awarded Best in Thesis for her contribution to the university’s faculty load assigning system. Today, she shares her love for music by teaching violin lessons, while also working as a web developer and social media manager for international clients, blending her artistic passion with technical expertise.
Achievements & Recognitions
Dominique’s dedication to the arts and her community has earned her several notable recognitions. She is the first recipient of the “Natatanging Kabataang Leon sa Larangan ng Sining at Kultura” award given by the City Government of Santa Rosa in 2023. She was also crowned Eat Bulaga’s Violin Hero Grand Winner, a testament to her exceptional talent and stage presence. Dominique is a proud member of the Enchanted Kingdom Circle of Artists and has also served as a Junior City Councilor of Santa Rosa. In addition, she previously taught ICT and Robotics at Canossa School, further showcasing her diverse set of skills and commitment to education and youth development.
